Q: How do I access Ascent after purchase?
A: Immediately after purchase, you'll receive a welcome PDF by email. Inside is your unique Notion template link. Click it, duplicate to your Notion workspace, and you're in. Setup takes 2 minutes.
Q: Do I need a Notion account?
A: Yes. Notion is free for personal use. Sign up at notion.so before or after purchase.
Q: Does Ascent work offline?
A: Yes. Notion has built-in offline mode - turn it on once in the Notion app and the entire Ascent template downloads to your device. Works fully offline after that. We include clear setup instructions inside Ascent.
Q: Does it work on iPad?
A: Yes. Ascent is optimised for iPad - your primary device. Works on iPhone, laptop, and desktop too.
Q: Will I get updates?
A: Yes. All V1 updates are free. V1.5 (planned 4-6 weeks after launch) is a free upgrade for all founding customers.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you have an issue with the product, email ascentyourlife@gmail.com and we'll help you personally.
Q: Is this regulated content?
A: No. Ascent is a personal organisation tool. It is not an operational flight planning system, regulatory compliance tool, or fatigue risk management system. Always follow your company procedures, regulations, and professional judgement.
