Digital Products Only

Ascent sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping involved with any of our products.

Delivery Method

After your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your Ascent welcome PDF. Inside the PDF is your unique Notion template access link.

Delivery Time

Delivery is instant. You should receive your welcome email within 5 minutes of purchase. If you do not see the email:

1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders

2. Wait up to 30 minutes - occasional email delays do happen

3. Contact ascentyourlife@gmail.com with your order number

We will resend your welcome PDF immediately if there has been any delivery issue.

International Customers

Ascent is available worldwide. As all products are digital, there are no shipping fees or customs charges regardless of your location.

You only need:

- A device that runs Notion (any laptop, desktop, iPad, iPhone, or Android device)

- A free Notion account

- An internet connection to initially set up

Once set up, Ascent works fully offline through Notion's offline mode. See "Using Ascent Offline" inside the template for instructions.
