Thank you for choosing Ascent. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so please read this policy carefully before buying.
Digital Product - No Refunds
Ascent Pilot Planner is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once the product has been delivered to your inbox.
This includes:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchase
- Not using Notion or being unable to set up Notion
- Discovering the product after purchase does not meet expectations beyond what is described
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the product description, understood that Ascent is a Notion template, and agree to these terms.
If something goes wrong
If your purchase encountered a technical issue and you cannot access your template, we will help you personally. Common issues we resolve quickly include:
- Lost or missing welcome email
- Broken or expired Notion template link
- Difficulty duplicating the template into your Notion workspace
- Questions about how to use the product
Email us at ascentyourlife@gmail.com with your order number. We respond personally to every message, usually within 24 hours, and we will resolve any genuine delivery or access issue at no cost.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a customer demonstrates that the product was not delivered as described, or where a duplicate charge has occurred, we will investigate and may issue a refund at our discretion.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and sent to ascentyourlife@gmail.com.
